Brief Introduction
STC-BHF-8C is a 8 channels hot press forming machine for same-side tab batteries. The equipment adopts horizontal structure, with 1 group of pressurized structure and 4 pressing plates per pressurized structure. Each layer of pressing plate can be used for 2 batteries, total of 8 channels. The equipment is mainly used for pouch lithium-ion batteries to be formation under hot-pressing condition. It can not only combine the existing battery formation process, drying and shaping process, but also shorten the formation time, reduce the battery production cycle and reduce labor. It enables the battery to complete the formation and hot press shaping, and also makes the surface after pumping and sealing more flatter and more beautiful in appearance.
